ACCOMODATIONS:

The beautiful gardens and beaches of Santa Lucia are shared by the Villa Main House, the Casina (Beach House), the original Caretaker's Apartment and the Fisherman's Hideway. All are fully equipped and fully furnished, including linens and can be enjoyed year round from one week to two months.

The VILLA MAIN HOUSE can sleep 9 people. It has three bedrooms, including the master bedroom with its own bathroom. There is a fourth bedroom in the tower. In the Main House there is another full bathroom, a kitchen and a living and dining room.

The BEACH HOUSE (Casina) can sleep 5 people. It has four rooms. A large master bedroom and another large room furnished as a dining/living salon with hidden wall beds. This room can be used either as a salon or as an additional bedroom. There is a full bathroom and kitchen. Dining is best on the stone terrace overlooking the sandy beach.

The CARETAKER's APARTMENT can sleep 4 people. The caretaker's apartment is located directly below the main house and is the only one not facing the sea. It has a large master bedroom and a living room with two twin beds. There is a full bathroom and kitchen. In the summer one can dine outside under a pergola of wine grapes.

The FISHERMAN's HIDEWAY can sleep 4 people. Located in what used to be the Villa's fishing net storage area, near the north beach, this apartment consists of a master bedroom and right above it another large room with a queen size sofa bed and a twin bed in the corner, decorated as living space. Directly across from the bedrooms, but free standing, are the kitchenette and a full size bathroom. The beach is but 10 steps away.
