If you prefer to just spend time in Florence , we now offer you the possibility of renting your very own apartment in the most wonderful city in the world.
Situated “Oltrarno” (across the Arno river) on a first floor in Via Del Leone 21, it's just a five minute walk from the historical center of town across the Ponte Alla Carraia. From the kitchen window you can see the cupola of the church of Santa Maria Del Carmine which is famous for Masaccio's frescoes representing the Life of St. Peter in the Brancacci Chapel. It's also a short walk to Palazzo Pitti, built in 1550, the residence of the Medici family.
The apartment can accommodate up to four guests. There is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, living/dining room with a sofa that opens up to reveal two twin size beds, bathroom and kitchen. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The rental is 500 Euro per week plus cleaning fee. Price is intended per week and is all inclusive (heat, electric etc.) Call for a specially discounted monthly rate. Weeks are intended from Saturday to Saturday (if renting monthly, from the first of the month thru the 30th) with arrival between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. (please call if you will be late) and departure by 10:00 a.m. to allow local agent to clean and ready the Apartment for the next guests. If you need to make different arrangements, please let us know. A deposit is required at reservation time.
