Price is intended
per week and is all inclusive (heat, electric etc.) Call for specially
discounted monthly rate. Weeks are intended from Saturday to Saturday
(if renting monthly, from the first of the month thru the 30th) with arrival
between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. (please call if you will be late) and departure
by 10:00 a.m. to allow local agent to clean and ready the Villa for the
next guests. If you need to make different arrangements, please let us
know.
A deposit is required at reservation time.
